Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I were looking for a home for over a month. We looked everywhere it seemed, even in other states! We weren't looking for anything new due to the prices being out of our price range. I actually found Texas Repos while doing a Google search and went to their listings. The homes they had were way better looking than anything else we had looked at and even new ones we had ppl trying to sell us. I sent Danny a email and he replied almost instantly. We told him what we were looking for and a time frame as to when we wanted to purchased a home. Danny kept in touch with us frequently and we kept up with any new listings he had posted. We finally was able to get our new home and crazy thing is the home we chose we NEVER went to see it in person! Wild i know! We didnt see our home until it was delivered and let me tell you I was taken back at how much nicer it was in person! This home was a repo and you would think it came straight off the lot brand new! Danny made sure everything was taken care of and even checked in daily to update us on trim out, ac and skirting! I can not recommend Danny at Texas Repos enough! If your looking for a NICE home without going bankrupt, this is it! Stop scrolling! Thank you Danny for being so attentive and caring! Ill never forget your kindness!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Danny and his crews were amazing! We were having trouble finding a home in our price range, and not only did Danny have amazing prices but he helped us communicate with the mortgage people which helped relieve a lot of stress. When the house was delivered, everything was set up perfect and on time. The communication and attention to detail was great, we absolutely recommend Texas repos if your looking for a modular home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience from start to finish. They offer very nice homes at reasonable prices. Danny did a great job showing us several homes, even on a rainy day. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed.

We decided to purchase a home from them, and everything they promised was completed. The home was properly sealed, all of our concerns were addressed, and the quality of the finishes exceeded our expectations.

Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We never felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home and excellent customer service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best Experience hands down! I have shopped around for the right home at the right value. Until I knew the "reality of pricing" I was bewildered with the price plus and additional $20k to $45K for Delivery, set up, trim out, AC hook up, utility hook ups etc. including reservation fees before even seeing a house, etc. NOT with Danny and Marshall. Everything was 100% upfront, no added fees, no last minute charges. I used a non-traditional lender and they were patient with them and me. Once delivered and after the sale, they were on top of each detail until it was done and done fast as well as correctly. If there was a 10 Star rating these guys would get it. I tell anyone interested in a Manufactured home, go to Texas Repos either before, and be assured they are the only dealer I would recommend.
