Until I knew the "reality of pricing" I was bewildered with the price plus and additional $20k to $45K for Delivery, set up, trim out, AC hook up, utility hook ups etc. including reservation fees before even seeing a house, etc. NOT with Danny and Marshall. Everything was 100% upfront, no added fees, no last minute charges. I used a non-traditional lender and they were patient with them and me. Once delivered and after the sale, they were on top of each detail until it was done and done fast as well as correctly. If there was a 10 Star rating these guys would get it. I tell anyone interested in a Manufactured home, go to Texas Repos either before, and be assured they are the only dealer I would recommend.
